Here are the steps to create a new blog on Blogger:
* If the above link is open, then click "Get Started" to start a blog
* There are 3 step to make the first blog.Step the "Create Account or create an account". In this step enter your email address (email address must actually exist), and complete list data.Check "Term of Service Agreement"
* Once completely filled out, click "Continue or Continue" at the bottom right corner.
* You will go to step 2 of "Give your blog a name or name your blog" .. this is the name which will be published to your blog address to your friends.
* When finished, click "Continue or Continue" to go to step 3

* Click OK
* Click continue
* Wait until the browser displays the words "Your Blog Has Been Created" ..
